I am a vibrant, authentic and creative therapist and work with individuals (age 16+) and groups. I am also a collaborative and engaging speaker and workshop leader. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Maryland and my office is located in downtown Bethesda. I am a certified Nature Informed Therapist.
I consider it a privilege to work with individuals and families that have had experiences of grief and loss. I am passionate about being with clients in transitions across the life span. I have extensive experience working with issues related to body-image, self-esteem, personal identity, work-life balance, motherhood, fatherhood, self-awareness and relationships.
